MacOnCall ("we," "our," or "us") operates this website at maconcall.com. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible.

1. Information we collect

This site is an informational website. It does not require an account, and we do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. We do not set first-party cookies. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any other personally identifying information through this site.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. As part of standard web hosting, Cloudflare automatically processes basic technical request metadata including IP address, user-agent string, referring URL, requested path, and timestamp. This data is used by Cloudflare to deliver the site, defend against abuse, and produce aggregate traffic reports. Their handling of this data is governed by the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

2. How we use information

We use the limited technical data described above only to:

• Operate, secure, and maintain this website;
• Detect and prevent abuse, attacks, or excessive automated traffic;
• Understand aggregate traffic patterns at the level of total visits, country, and referrer — without identifying individual visitors.

3. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. The only third party that processes data on our behalf is our hosting provider, Cloudflare, as described above. If, in the future, we engage other service providers (for example, to process a payment you initiate with us under a separate engagement), we will only share the information necessary to perform that service.

4. Payments

This website does not directly process payments. Where MacOnCall accepts payment under a separate engagement, payments may be processed by regulated third parties such as Stripe, Inc. Payment information you provide in that context is handled by the payment processor under its own privacy policy, and we do not store full payment card or bank-account details on our systems.

5. Data retention

Because we do not collect personal information through this site, we have no user records to retain. Server-level request logs maintained by Cloudflare are retained according to Cloudflare's standard retention windows.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information about you, or to object to certain processing. Because we do not maintain personal information about visitors to this site, in most cases there is no MacOnCall-held record to act on. 7. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
